• Sales tax will be applied where applicable

Artwork and Intellectual Property

• You must own or have rights to all artwork submitted
• We are not responsible for copyright infringement
• We reserve the right to refuse artwork that violates rights or is inappropriate
• Digital proofs must be approved before production

Returns and Cancellations

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Defective products will be replaced at no charge
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt
• Customer errors in artwork are not eligible for refund

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
